Today I thought I’d tell you a little more about our Appointment Setting team.

The more I thought about this, the more I realised it’s not a very interesting subject but nevertheless, it is one of the services that is most frequently requested. Probably because the job itself could be perceived to be a laborious and boring one.

Appointment setting is when we contact your potential customers and arrange for them to receive calls from your own sales teams. You get us to create an interest from your potential customers which is then followed up by your teams.  We have well-trained and experienced appointment setters who contact those customers who are interested in doing business with your company

Typically, our appointment setters will make around fifty to a hundred calls per day and keep records of potential customers, using our own in-house CRM software system.

Our appointment setters usually set up appointments for in-house demonstrations, over the phone consultations or private meetings at the office or home of the interested party. They are able, from experience to determine the level of interest of a person which means they pass on qualified leads only.

And after all, leads are what most businesses are after in order to generate more sales and ultimately, better business, more profits and longevity.
