Here is to a great 2019.

Yesterday I had a great call with a potential new client who asked me, why do you do what you do?

What a great question, one which I can answer very easily with our most recent testimonial:

Thank you for all of your help, really appreciated. You have contributed to the success of our programmes, success which has been recognized and acknowledged by ESCC (East Sussex County Council) and the programme management team.

Ian Smallwood - Head of Business Services.

Our conversation continued, and he asked me how do you achieve this recognition? So that gave me the idea for our first blog of 2019.

Running my own telemarketing consultancy and working within the telemarketing sector for over 20 years, I and my fab team at Talkmarketing have helped many companies achieve their goals, increase their turnover and profit, through the years. So how do we do it?

2019 Goals.jpg

Talkmarketing offers a B2B (business to business) telemarketing service, which means we use the telephone to gain new business for our clients. We are a consultancy and not a call centre, offering a personal service and not a scripted one. We offer a tailor-made approach that focuses 100% on the client’s needs.

Initially we listen, we put together a brief establishing specific needs: more appointments, more leads, more new clients (cold calling), or maybe they need ‘bums on seats’ for seminars/ exhibitions or customer care calls to their existing clients.

It really isn’t rocket science we use unique selling points, features and benefits and we quite simply get on the phone following the brief and promote the company, service or product.

Have you tried telemarketing within your business, maybe 2019 could be the year you do? If any of this resonates with you then please do not hesitate to contact us on 01424 576658.

Here is to a great 2019, Happy New Year to you all.
