As a business owner and a telemarketer, I must be focused and motivated and let’s be honest sometimes that can be hard. Last month was tough I am not going to lie, as a dear friend passed away. It got me thinking about this blog, when the going gets tough for any business owner, to receive a thank you or a nice comment it quite simply lifts you and that is what happened to me recently:

‘You and your team have done a great job, excellent work’.

I would like to thank all my clients old and new, something that I probably do not do as much as I should because these testimonials are what running my own business is all about. Life as a Telemarketer / Business Owner is challenging especially when something happens personally that quite simply stops you in your tracks.

Life is fragile, we never know what is around the corner but one thing that I do know is why I started Talkmarketing and that was because I wanted to help business owners, SME’s to grow their business using the telephone. So many people I meet quite simply hate using the telephone to speak to contacts, they just can’t do it, they have an inner fear which takes over.
